1. How many styles of your Charger plates do you currently offer?
We offer an extensive range of charger plates with 1,000 different shapes, and each shape is available in multiple surface treatment finishes. In total, we have nearly 10,000 styles for your selection. Please contact us, and we will send you our latest catalog for you to choose from.
2. With so many styles, is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirement?
Yes, we have specific MOQ requirements based on the type of products:
-For regular stock styles: We keep them in stock year-round and can ship immediately. The MOQ is 500 PCS.
-For customized styles: The MOQ is 1,000 PCS.
If you have special needs for MOQ, please consult our sales team for further negotiation.
3. I like your products very much, but I'm concerned about the quality.Can I get some samples?
Absolutely! We are confident in the quality of our Charger plates and offer free samples for your inspection. You only need to bear the shipping cost. Please contact our customer service team to confirm the sample request process and shipping details.
4. Can you provide customized services for Charger plates?
Yes, we offer comprehensive customization services. In addition to customizing shapes and surface treatments, we can also customize sizes, logos, colors, and packaging according to your requirements. 6. I want to visit your products in China. Is that possible?
Of course! We participate in the Canton Fair (China Import and Export Fair) twice a year, with booths in both Pazhou Complex and Jinhan Exhibition Center. We warmly welcome you to visit our booth and check out our latest Charger plate products in Guangzhou, China, in April and October each year. Please contact us in advance, and we will arrange a professional team to receive you and provide detailed product introductions.
7. What are the payment terms for orders?
Our common payment terms are:
–T/T(Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance paid before shipment.
–L/C(Letter of Credit): Acceptable for large orders (amount over 50,000 USD).
We can also negotiate other payment terms based on the order quantity and cooperation cycle.
8. We are a purchaser. Do you have export qualifications?
Yes, we do. We are a professional supplier with more than 10 years of import and export experience. Our Charger plates are exported to over 20 countries around the world all year round, including but not limited to the United States, Canada, the European Union, Australia, and Southeast Asia. We can provide complete export documents (such as commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc. to ensure smooth customs clearance.
9. Can you arrange shipping for the orders?
Yes, we can arrange shipping for you. We have long-term cooperative logistics partners (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS for express delivery; Maersk, COSCO for sea freight; Air China, Emirates for air freight) to provide you with cost-effective and efficient shipping solutions. You can choose the shipping method according to your urgency and budget:
-Express delivery: 3-7 days, suitable for small orders or urgent needs.
Air freight: 7-15 days, suitable for medium-sized orders that require faster delivery.
Sea freight: 20-40 days (depending on the destination port), suitable for large orders with lower cost requirements. We will track the shipping process and inform you of the logistics information in real time.
10. Do you provide after-sales service?
Yes, we provide a complete after-sales service system. If you encounter quality problems with the products within the warranty period (6 months from the date of delivery), please contact us in time and provide relevant photos and descriptions. We will verify the problem and provide solutions such as product replacement, repair, or refund according to the actual situation. In addition, we also provide long-term technical support, such as usage guidance and maintenance tips for Charger plates.
